Our Add-On Menu

IDLI

Soft and fluffy steamed rice and lentil cakes, which are a staple breakfast dish in South Indian cuisine. Idlis are typically served with coconut chutney, sambar (a lentil-based vegetable stew), and/or tomato and onion chutney.
COCONUT CHUTNEY

A condiment made with grated coconut, green chillies, ginger, and tempered with mustard seeds, urad dal (split black lentils), and curry leaves. It is typically served as a side dish with idlis, dosas (another South Indian dish), and other snacks.
SAMBAR

A lentil-based vegetable stew made with toor dal (pigeon pea lentils), tamarind, and a variety of vegetables like carrots, potatoes, and beans. It is seasoned with a blend of spices and typically served with idlis and dosas.
TOMATO & ONION CHUTNEY

A tangy and spicy condiment made with tomatoes, onions, and spices like red chilli, garlic, and ginger. It is usually served as a side dish with idlis, dosas, and other South Indian snacks.
COCONUT SAMBAR

A variation of sambar where coconut milk is added to the lentil and vegetable stew, giving it a creamy texture and subtle coconut flavor. It is typically served with idlis, dosas, or rice.
FILTER COFEE

A strong and aromatic coffee made with dark roasted coffee beans and served with frothy milk. Filter coffee is a popular beverage in South India and is often served alongside idlis as a refreshing drink.
MEDU VADA

Deep-fried lentil fritters made with urad dal (split black lentils) and typically served as a crispy and savory accompaniment with idlis and dosas.

Note:

  1. The idli menu may vary depending on personal preferences and additional side dishes or condiments may be served based on individual preferences and availability. We intend to serve with Malaysian delicacies like chicken and fish curries.
